Price & Promotion

Pricing Policy

We may offer merchandise at different prices in different promotion events at different times. Final sales, clearance offers are available while supplies last only, we often experience a high demand of orders, our inventory system sometimes is not able to keep up with demand. We may have to cancel certain orders after these orders are submitted.

• We reserve the right at any time to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on any incorrect price or description.

Price Match

We will offer you a price adjustment based on the following conditions:

• Price adjustment can only be made within 14 days of the date of your order delivery.
• If we can make an adjustment, your price difference will be returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
• Clearance and Final Sale merchandises are not eligible for price match adjustment.

Promotion Code

You can enter only ONE promo code per order. We could assist you if you forgot to add the promotion code to your recent order. Expired, invalidated promo code cannot be used for any special offer.

Promotion Shipment

We may offer free gifts in special promotion events occasionally. Once gifts order has shipped, we will NOT ship again if shipment is missing or any shipping accident occurs. Free gifts are non-refundable and non-redeemable.
