Return Policy

Orders may be returned up to 30 days after your order ships. Your refund will be issued in two different methods.

  1. Your return shipping will be completely free of charge, if you choose store credit as a refund for your returns or return the order to our local retail store.
  2. A nominal fee of return shipping $8.95 will be charged, if you prefer a refund to the original form of payment.
  3. For orders within these states, the fee of return shipping $12.95 will be charged. Click here to learn more. 

To receive your store credit and waive the return shipping charge, simply place e.g. “Request fee waiver for return shipping” on the subject line. 

We accept returns on item(s) in new condition with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations for a full refund. All item(s) being returned must also be accompanied by original packaging, i.e., lingerie bags, swim bags and poly bags.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Any item(s) marked final sale are not eligible for refunds, store credit or exchange.

If your order qualified for a free gift with purchase and the item(s) returned result in your order subtotal falling below the qualifying amount, the free gift must be returned. If you choose to keep the free gift, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.

We will not accept a return of any merchandise under the following conditions:

  1. Returned without attached tags, and/or any accompanying materials that were originally included
  2. Worn
  3. Used 
  4. Washed
  5. Damaged
  6. Altered
  7. Smell of perfume
  8. Scratched and/or stained
  • If any returned merchandise does not meet the terms of our policy, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the return item. 
  • All returns are subject to evaluation by Fangyan.

Final Sales

We will NOT accept returns or exchanges for merchandise is marked Final Sale, prices are as marked, and all clearance sales are final.

Pre-order Shoes

We will NOT be able to cancel pre-order shoes order once it has been processed for production. Most of pre-order shoes sales are final and nonrefundable. Detailed information will be presented at product description.


Shoes except pre-order are returnable, be sure to try on shoes on the carpet since shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Shoe boxes are an important part of product presentation, it must be returned undamaged.

Silk Products

Silk material is very fragile. All original materials including product protection bag & cloth hanger MUST be included and place properly onto the product to protect merchandise from damage during return shipments.


Customer will be responsible for any damage return merchandise if protection bag or hanger is missing or misplaced for return purposes, the damaged merchandise will be returned to customer at customer's own cost.

Swimwear & Lingerie

For sanitary reasons, please try on swimwear and lingerie over underwear.

Special policy for orders' amount of $1000 or more

We suggest our customers submit orders reasonably. A restocking fee plus an environment protection fee 10% of the order will be charged if:

  • The amount of an order is over $1000, return merchandise numbers are/or more than 80% in the order.
  • The numbers of order are over $1000 within a month, total return merchandises' value is/or more than 80% of these orders' total amount.
