Orders may be returned up to 31 days after your order ships. Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment used to make your purchase within 10-15 business days of being received.
We accept returns on item(s) in new condition with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations for a full refund. All item(s) being returned must also be accompanied by original packaging, i.e., lingerie bags, swim bags and poly bags.
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Any item(s) marked final sale are not eligible for refunds, store credit or exchange.
If your order qualified for a free gift with purchase and the item(s) returned result in your order subtotal falling below the qualifying amount, the free gift must be returned. If you choose to keep the free gift, the retail value of the free gift will be deducted from the refund amount.

To start a Return or Exchange, jog over to returns.fangyanstores.com and enter your email. We’ll send you an email that links to your order history — from there, you can select which items you’re sending back and print a prepaid return label.
For exchanges, you can try a new color / size for any style when selecting which item(s) you’re sending back. This is based on available inventory. We’ll ship the new color / size right away!

We will NOT be able to cancel pre-order shoes order once it has been processed for production. Most of pre-order shoes sales are final and nonrefundable. Detailed information will be presented at product description.Note:
Shoes except pre-order are returnable, be sure to try on shoes on the carpet since shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Shoe boxes are an important part of product presentation, it must be returned undamaged.
Silk material is very fragile. All original materials including product protection bag & cloth hanger MUST be included and place properly onto the product to protect merchandise from damage during return shipments.Note:
Customer will be responsible for any damage return merchandise if protection bag or hanger is missing or misplaced for return purposes, the damaged merchandise will be returned to customer at customer's own cost.
Swimwear & Lingerie
For sanitary reasons, please try on swimwear and lingerie over underwear.
Special policy for order amount of $1000 or more
We suggest our customers submit orders reasonably. If a discount applied order's return merchandises value more than $1000 within a month, and these return merchandises are more than 80% of this order. A restocking fee plus an environment protection fee 10% of the order will be charged, and it will be deducted from part of the refund.
What is an "Instant Credit Refund"?
While processing a return or exchange via the Returns Center, you may be offered an Instant Credit code along with your prepaid shipping label.Note:
Not all orders will receive an Instant Credit Refund code and may only be eligible for a return for a refund.
If you do receive a code, you are not obligated to use it! If it's not used by the time your return is processed at our warehouse, you will receive a refund to the original payment method and the code will be deactivated.
If you choose to use Instant Credit Refund, here’s how it works:
You can shop now and select any item on our website, you'll use your Instant Credit Refund code at checkout, just like a gift card. The Instant Credit Refund will be the amount for the merchandise(s) being returned and any unused portion of your credit will be refunded to your original form of payment after your items are received.
What happens if I don’t use my "Instant Refund?"
Once your return items are checked in, we will deactivate the Instant Refund gift card and issue a refund for any outstanding balance back to your original payment method (or issue an exchange if you requested one).
If you did not use any of your Instant Refund, you will receive a full refund for these items. If you used the Instant Refund in full, enjoy your new gear!
